Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker                                                                
Stutes at 10:30 a.m.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Roll call showed 36 members present.  Representatives Spohnholz and                                                             
Thompson had been excused from a call of the House today.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
Representatives LeBon and Rasmussen be excused from a call of the                                                               
House today.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Representative Fields.                                                              
Representative Story moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                 
invocation be spread on the journal.  There being no objection, it was

    Purify our hearts that we may see thee. O God in these turbulent                                                            
    days when fear and doubt are mounting high give us broad                                                                    
    visions, penetrating eyes, and power of endurance.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    Help us to work with renewed vigor for a warless world, for a                                                               
    better distribution of wealth, and for the brotherhood that
