MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR HR 11 A message dated May 3 was read stating the Governor read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing: HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 11 am Urging the Washington House of Representatives and the Governor of the State of Washington to reject Senate Bill 5974, imposing a tax of $.06 per gallon on gasoline and diesel fuel.
