Senator Stedman was excused from a call of the Senate. Alaska Flag Song "Alaska's Flag" was performed by members of Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School Choir. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered.
