The Education Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 53 "An                                                                       
Act relating to the duties of the Board of Regents of the University of                                                         
Alaska" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
                    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 53(EDC) "An Act                                                                     
              relating to reporting requirements of the Board of
