Senator Stedman was excused from a call of the Senate. The prayer was sung by the Chaplain, Sherry Patterson, Breakthrough Church. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Senator Bishop led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. Certification Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals for the sixty-seventh through sixty-ninth legislative days be approved as certified by the Secretary. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 158 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 158 "An Act relating to oil and hazardous substances and waiver of cost recovery for containment and cleanup of certain releases; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 2384. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.
