Senators Egan, Giessel were present for the technical session. Senators Meyer, Wilson were excused from a call of the Senate. Announcements are at the end of the journal. 2017-07-07 Senate Journal Page 1534 Enrollment SCR 8 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 8 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 16, relating to training regarding disabilities for police officers, probation officers, parole officers, correctional officers, and village public safety officers; relating to guidelines for drivers when encountering or being stopped by a peace officer; relating to driver's license examinations; and relating to a voluntary disability designation on a state identification card and a driver's license, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 2:07 p.m., July 5, 2017. Legislative Resolve No. 5 Engrossment and Enrollment SR 5 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 am Recognizing the 150th anniversary of the purchase of Alaska, was engrossed and enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 2:07 p.m., July 5, 2017. Senate Resolve No. 5 Adjournment Senator Egan, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in adjournment until 2:00 p.m., July 10, 2017.
