The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Sarah Bertram, Senate Page. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Chapter No. 10, SLA 2017 Effective Date: 6/16/17 Messages from the House HB 59 A message dated June 15 was read stating the House waived Uniform Rules 42(a) and 42(b) concerning the conference committee report on HOUSE BILL NO. 59. The Speaker then granted powers of free conference to the House conferees considering CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(FIN) and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(FIN) on the following specific points: "Including amendment funding in for the recidivism reduction fund, and approval of the collective bargaining agreements for certain UAA employees provided for in CCS HB 59, 30-GH1856/N."
