SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4 Relating to the Task                                                                         
Force on Unmanned Aircraft Systems, was read the second time.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Senator Dunleavy, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
475. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                            
RESOLUTION NO. 4(STA) was adopted and was before the Senate                                                                     
on final passage.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                             
RESOLUTION NO. 4(STA) Relating to the Task Force on Unmanned                                                                    
Aircraft Systems, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
