CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 131 The following bill on today's calendar could not be considered in a technical session: HOUSE BILL NO. 131 "An Act relating to relocation assistance for federally assisted public construction and improvement projects and programs; and providing for an effective date." HB 131 will be on the May 10 calendar. HB 195 The following bill on today's calendar could not be considered in a technical session: 2017-05-08 House Journal Page 1332 HOUSE BILL NO. 195 "An Act relating to insurer actions based on credit history and insurance scores at insurance policy renewal; and providing for insurer consideration of consumer requests for exceptions of credit history or insurance scores." HB 195 will be on the May 10 calendar. RECONSIDERATION HB 208 Reconsideration of the following (page 1321) could not be taken up in a technical session: HOUSE BILL NO. 208 "An Act relating to trusts and powers of appointment; and providing for an effective date." HB 208 will be available for reconsideration May 10. ENROLLMENT HB 104 The following was enrolled, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, President and Secretary of the Senate, and the engrossed and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 4:13 p.m., May 5: HOUSE BILL NO. 104 "An Act relating to collecting information about civil litigation by the Alaska Judicial Council; repealing Rule 41(a)(3), Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rules 511(c) and (e), Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure; and providing for an effective date." UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 178 Representative Tuck removed as a cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 178 "An Act relating to recognition of individual veterans along certain veterans' memorial roads and on certain veterans' memorial bridges." 2017-05-08 House Journal Page 1333 ANNOUNCEMENTS House committee schedules are published under separate cover.
