Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Gara, Seaton, Tuck, Edgmon, LeDoux, Foster, Stutes, Kawasaki, Guttenberg, and Drummond: Page 78, line 7, following "TRANSFER.": Insert "(a)" Page 78, following line 9: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) The sum of $8,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the community assistance fund (AS 29.60.850) to be added to the amount to be distributed under AS 29.60.850(c), before the distribution under AS 29.60.855, for a total distribution of $38,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There was objection. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
