Full Journal pdf2017-06-14 House Journal Page 1600 SB 23 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the June 12 calendar (page 1589), and not taken up on the June 13 calendar due to session being canceled (page 1593), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(FIN) "An Act making appropriations, including capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and other appropriations; amending appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." In accordance with Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules, the Speaker announced that engrossment may be waived on the bill on today's calendar. Representative LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 23(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.
