     "An Act relating to the oil and gas production tax, tax payments,                                                          
     and credits; relating to interest applicable to delinquent oil and gas                                                     
     production tax; and providing for an effective date."

     "An Act relating to the oil and gas production tax, tax payments,                                                          
     and credits; relating to interest applicable to delinquent oil and gas                                                     
     production tax; relating to lease expenditures; relating to                                                                
     information concerning oil and gas taxes and tax credits, including                                                        
     information about expenditures that must be provided to claim an                                                           
     oil and gas production tax credit for those expenditures; relating to                                                      
     the disclosure of that information to the public or a member of the                                                        
     legislature; relating to a legislative working group; and providing                                                        
     for an effective date."
