The roll showed eighteen members present. Senators Bishop, Dunleavy were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Romo Marasigan. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Dear Lord, Thank you for today. Thank you for the warmth of the sun and the hope of growth and new beginnings it brings. Be with us as we struggle to find the unity we need to bring this session to a close. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen. Senator Stevens led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. Certification Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals for the second through fourth legislative days of the fourth special session be approved as certified by the Secretary.
