We thank you for the responsibility entrusted with us by our fellow Alaskans. Help us to work together by respecting those we work for; and those we work with. Remind us throughout the day of the golden rule: that is that we do unto others as we would have them do unto us. We need your guidance as we work to respond properly to the financial circumstances of our state government and the general economy of our state. Please guide us with your wisdom as we deliberate through many important issues that will affect so many of our people all over our state. We pray for our coworkers dealing with tough personal issues and ask for your grace and help in their time of need. 2016-03-18 Senate Journal Page 2162 For this day we are grateful to you for life and provision that help us honor you and the people we serve.
