Senators Dunleavy, Hoffman, MacKinnon were excused from a call of the Senate. Senators Costello, McGuire were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Reverend Bobby Lewis, The New Light Baptist Church of Greater New York. Senator Bishop moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Costello be excused from a call of the Senate today.
