The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Bishop. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Dear Lord God, I ask that you please bless this body's gathering today. Please grant us your wisdom, courage and patience to handle the state's business properly and effectively. Please watch over us and keep our emotions and passions calm and our intelligence and reasoning strong. SB 95 SENATE BILL NO. 95 BY SENATOR STOLTZE BY REQUEST, entitled: "An Act relating to membership in the Alaska Workforce Investment Board." was read the first time and referred to the Labor and Commerce Committee. Consideration of the Calendar Third Reading of House Bills HB 132 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 132(L&C) "An Act relating to the purpose, powers, and duties of the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation related to the Alaska liquefied natural gas project and an in-state natural gas pipeline; relating to the in-state natural gas pipeline fund; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time. 2015-03-31 Senate Journal Page 0739 Senator Wielechowski moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.
