Give heed to the voice of my cry, My King and my God, for to you I will pray. Dear Heavenly Father, I ask for Your presence to be here in this chamber; that Your light would shine upon the Senate as they consider the bills brought before them this session. Let their burdens be light; let their conversation be lively and let there be a working unity among them. I pray You would keep them in good health. For those members who are dealing with sickness this day, I pray that you would heal them. 2015-01-21 Senate Journal Page 0022 Your word says in Psalms 103 that You are the Lord who heals all our diseases and I stand on that word and speak healing to them now.
