There being no objection, it was so ordered. I pray with thankfulness and respect for the right and responsibility God gave us to make our own religious choices and decisions. I am honored to lead us in prayer. Thank you. Heavenly Father, Thank you for providing access to your throne -- the Supreme Judge of the world. Thank you for this day that you have made. We choose to rejoice and be glad in it. We are burdened with, and sobered by, the choices we make that impact the thousands of Alaskans we represent. We rely on divine providence for the future of Alaska. But we are awed by the responsibility we feel to do the right thing in this special session. Please help us to align with what you want. 2016-07-15 House Journal Page 3190 I also ask that you forgive our failures as we choose to forgive each other. Deliver us from evil.
