Representatives Gara and Wool were absent. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Hawker be excused from a call of the House today. With the deepest respect for the religious beliefs of all, I offer the following prayer. Dear Lord, thank you for another day to serve you and to come before you in praise and thanksgiving.
