Pursuant to AS 41.37.170 the Speaker appointed Representative Talerico to replace Representative Keller (at his request) on the Citizens' Advisory Commission on Federal Management Areas in Alaska. ENROLLMENT HB 373 The following was enrolled, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, President and Secretary of the Senate, and the engrossed and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 2:50 p.m., April 20, 2016: HOUSE BILL NO. 373 "An Act approving and ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Tesoro Corporation and Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company LLC; and providing for an effective date." ANNOUNCEMENTS With appointment of the Conference Committee on the operating budget, Rule 23(d) of the Uniform Rules is in effect as of April 6, 2016.
