The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Dyson. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Oh Lord, we forget and we stray. Today we recommit ourselves to your command to do justice, love mercy and to walk humbly before you, one another, and the citizens who have trusted us. We purpose to render to everyone their due - constituents, equals, our opponents, the poor, the angry, the wounded. We seek to be merciful, kind, compassionate, to return kindness for insult and love to our enemies. Consideration of the Calendar Second Reading of Senate Bills SB 33 SENATE BILL NO. 33 "An Act relating to the disposition of remains of a member of the military if the member dies while in a duty status" was read the second time. Senator Wielechowski, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 111. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(STA) "An Act relating to the disposition of remains of a member of the armed forces if the member dies while in a duty status" was adopted. Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
