Representatives Gatto and Kawasaki had been excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Gara, Guttenberg, and Stoltze were absent and their presence was noted later. The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Cadet Reyna Salcido of the Salvation Army College for Officer's Training. Representative P.
