Representatives Cissna, Gatto, and Olson had been excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Edgmon and Stoltze were absent and their presence was noted later. The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, the Reverend Dr. Phil Campbell of Northern Light United Church. Representative P.
