Our Father in heaven, we are grateful for this beautiful land that we serve here. We're thankful for all the people that we get to represent, and we get to serve. We thank you for the trust that they have given us. We'd ask for wisdom to handle that trust with dignity, with respect to them, with respect to our forefathers and with respect to the next generation. We are grateful to serve, but we do look for divine guidance both in our minds and in our hearts and in the geographical differences we have, the political differences we have, that you would guide us in our personalities. Help us to be quick to forgive and deliberate in our thinking, please. We just count it as a privilege to serve the people of Alaska. We'd ask you to bless them, guide us, and bless this great land. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Senator Dyson led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. 2010-03-12 Senate Journal Page 1788 Certification Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals for the fifty-first and fifty-second legislative days be approved as certified by the Secretary.
