SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Supporting senior                                                                           
caregivers and encouraging the Department of Health and Social                                                                  
Services to provide additional education on the effects of aging and                                                            
the importance of senior caregivers, was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Davis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute                                                                 
offered on page 1845. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE                                                                          
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13(HSS) was adopted and was                                                                           
before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senators Olson, Davis, Wagoner, Thomas, Ellis, Menard, Egan,                                                                    
Meyer, Stedman, Paskvan, Stevens moved and asked unanimous                                                                      
consent to be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it
