Senator Davis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute offered on page 1845. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13(HSS) was adopted and was before the Senate on final passage. Senators Olson, Davis, Wagoner, Thomas, Ellis, Menard, Egan, Meyer, Stedman, Paskvan, Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the bill.
