The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 12 Proclaiming September 9, 2010, as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum                                                                 
Disorders Awareness Day, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with
