A message dated April 18, 2010, was received stating the Senate                                                                 
adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free                                                                    
conference report on CSHB 302(FIN) and SCS CSHB 302(FIN), thus                                                                  
adopting:                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 302                                                                                        
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                 
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                              
    program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The House adopted CCS HB 302 (page 2517).                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CCS HB 302 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and
