Full Journal pdf2009-04-15 House Journal Page 1013 HJR 17 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 649) on the following: 2009-04-15 House Journal Page 1014 CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) Urging the United States Congress to reject H.R. 45, the Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 17(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 17(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 17(JUD)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 17(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
