A message dated February 9, 2009, was read stating the Senate passed                                                            
CSHJR 11(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted

    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                                                             
    11(FIN)                                                                                                                     
    Relating to the federal stimulus package.                                                                                   
HJR 11                                                                                                                        
Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                               
amendment to CSHJR 11(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 11(FIN),
