A message dated June 25, 2010, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 345                                                                                                          
      "An Act designating the bridge to be built on the Dalton Highway                                                         
         at approximately mile post 308 as the Sam Schuyler Memorial
