2009-04-15 House Journal Page 0986 HB 83 Representative Johansen moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 983), thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." 2009-04-15 House Journal Page 0987 The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 83 Adopt YEAS: 32 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Buch, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Dahlstrom, Edgmon, Fairclough, Foster, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Herron, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Keller, Kelly, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Salmon, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Tuck, Wilson Nays: Crawford, Doogan, Gara, Gardner, Holmes, Kerttula, Petersen Excused: Gatto And so, the House adopted CCS HB 83. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate.
