Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 201(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 201(JUD) was read the third time. 2009-04-13 House Journal Page 0927 Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Wilson was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 201(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Dahlstrom later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 201(JUD), and reconsideration was taken up then.
