Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1329. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 187(JUD) was adopted. Senator French offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, lines 5 - 12: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 9, lines 1 - 8: Delete all material. Insert "(s)" Page 9, line 9: Delete "Meetings" Insert "Except as provided in this section, meetings" Senator French moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Gary Stevens objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
