investigations" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1329.                                
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 187(JUD) was
