MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE SB 98 A message dated March 23, 2005, was read stating the Senate has adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on HCS CSSB 98(FIN) am H and CSSB 98(FIN) am, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 98 "An Act making supplemental appropriations, capital appropriations, and other appropriations; amending appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." The House has adopted CCS SB 98 (page 732). REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES HB 91 The Judiciary Committee has considered: 2005-03-24 House Journal Page 0746 HOUSE BILL NO. 91 "An Act relating to indecent exposure." ENGROSSMENT AND ENROLLMENT HR 7 The following was engrossed and enrolled, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and the engrossed and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 3:21 p.m., March 23, 2005: HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 7 am Supporting the efforts of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to improve transportation to and from Juneau and supporting development of the East Lynn Canal Highway.
