    "An Act eliminating the prohibition on the use by certain licensed                              
    professionals of titles or descriptions of services that incorporate                            
    the terms 'psychoanalysis,' 'psychoanalyst,' psychotherapy,'                                    
    'psychotherapeutic,' or 'psychotherapist.'"
