Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 471(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representatives Seaton and Stoltze: Page 1, lines 4 - 5 (title amendment): Delete ", and making conforming changes to issuance, renewal, or reinstatement of driver's licenses and" Page 10, lines 20 - 24: Delete all material. Page 11, lines 7 - 31: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.
