Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gardner and Gara: Page 4, following line 28: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(15) the powers of eminent domain shall be no greater than those enjoyed by the state under AS 09.55, and shall only be utilized upon prior approval by the governor;" Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. 2006-04-12 House Journal Page 3118 Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
