2006-05-06 House Journal Page 3728 HB 380 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3676) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 380(FIN)(title am) "An Act relating to the powers and duties of the commissioner of environmental conservation regarding animals, animal products, agricultural products, and the transportation of animals and animal products; relating to the employment, appointment, and duties of a 2006-05-06 House Journal Page 3729 state veterinarian by the commissioner of environmental conservation; relating to the powers of the commissioner of natural resources regarding agricultural products; relating to animal rabies prevention and control; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 380(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 380(FIN)(title am), thus adopting SCS CSHB 380(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 380(FIN)(title am)?"
