The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 366 "An Act                                        
relating to the levy and collection of sales and use taxes, to the levy                             
and collection of municipal sales and use taxes, and to municipal sales                             
and use taxes on alcoholic beverages; and providing for an effective                                
date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                           
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 366(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the levy and collection of sales and use                                      
          taxes, and to the levy, collection, and expenditure of                                    
          municipal taxes; and providing for an effective date."
