Representative Croft had been previously excused (page 1721) from a call of the House. Representative Joule had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Berkowitz, Cissna, Crawford, Gara, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, McGuire, Moses, and Rokeberg were absent and their presence was noted later. Representative Kapsner was absent and later excused (page 1998). The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Representative Coghill. Representative Fate moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
