Full Journal pdf2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2011 SB 175 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 19, 2003, calendar (page 1929), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 175(JUD) "An Act relating to civil liability for inherent risks in sports or recreational activities." 2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2012 Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Weyhrauch was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 175(JUD) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 175(JUD) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 35 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kapsner, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Nays: Kerttula, Weyhrauch Excused: Croft, Joule Absent: Moses And so, HCS CSSB 175(JUD) passed the House. Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 175(JUD). SB 175 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCS CSSB 175(JUD) be taken up on the same day. Representative Berkowitz objected. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall the reconsideration of HCS CSSB 175(JUD) be taken up on the same day?" And so, the motion passed.
