Full Journal pdf2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2011 SB 175 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 19, 2003, calendar (page 1929), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 175(JUD) "An Act relating to civil liability for inherent risks in sports or recreational activities." 2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2012 Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Weyhrauch was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 175(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 175(JUD).
