A message dated May 20, 2003, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
HB 79 with the following amendment and it is transmitted for                                        
consideration:                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 79(FIN) am S                                                       
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                   
    economic assistance program; and providing for an effective
