SB 52                                                                                             
Senator Donley requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 52(FIN) "An Act extending the termination date                                      
of the State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board." be                                   
taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Donley moved that the bill be returned to second reading for                                
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 2.                                    
Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.

Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption                                   
of Amendment No. 2. Senator Leman objected, then withdrew his                                       
objection. There being no further objections,  Amendment No. 2 was                                  
adopted.
