There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 2001 was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Joule was noted. 2002-05-18 House Journal Page 3869 Representative Guess moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Guess was required to vote. **The presence of Representatives Chenault and Kapsner was noted. The question being: "Shall HB 2001 pass the House?"
