Representative Kerttula gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on CSHB 177(STA). HB 115 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 10, 2001, calendar (page 933), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(HES) "An Act relating to the definition of 'mental health professional' for certain mental health proceedings and treatments; relating to the services of certain medical professionals in civil proceedings for the commitment of certain intoxicated persons; allowing a physician assistant or advanced nurse practitioner to certify the need for emergency treatment as a result of intoxication; and providing for an effective date." Representatives Dyson, Crawford, and Masek moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 115(HES) pass the House?"
