The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                         
February 4, 2002, calendar (page 2145), was read the third time:                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 349                                                                              
    "An Act relating to agency programs and financial plans."                                       
Representative James was previously excused from a call of the House                                
today at 10:45 a.m. (page 2099).
