Senator Leman was excused from a call of the Senate. Senator Tim Kelly was absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Envoy Craig Fanning of The Salvation Army. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. We gather on this Presidents Day and ask Your blessing upon our President. Bless his efforts and his leadership on this country. We also ask that You will grant to this body the wisdom that You imparted on Solomon, as he governed Your people.
