The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                     
NO. 2 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of               
Alaska relating to the rights of prisoners under the criminal                  
administration section. Signing do pass: Senator Taylor, Chair,                
Senators Torgerson, Donley, Halford. Signing no recommendation,                
subsistence should be a higher priority: Senator Ellis.
