CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN) was read the third time.                         
                                                                               
The question being: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN) An                     
Act relating to commercial vehicle registration fees and taxes;                
relating to determining the taxable location of a vehicle for purposes         
of municipal registration taxes; and providing for an effective date

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 Proposing an amendment to                        
the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the repeal of              
regulations by the legislature, was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected.                               
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the resolution be advanced to third                  
reading? The roll was taken with the following result:
